Argh, chinese compo is driving me crazy. So i've decided to blog about my sorrows.

Theres book review due next week too !! Urgh, though i read quite a lot of books recently, but this bk review is so restricted to a theme. If i use those cheesy novels, im gonna sound like a biatch ranting about immoral people :[ Owells .

Regarding the pt on jie di lian, i've already clarified with lionel online, i mean yeah, everyone has their own POV. i cant say im representing girls' here. but quite a lot of us thinks if we ever get a guy younger, you wont feel secured, while as for the guys, if u like mature girls, in fact more mature than YOU, then i cant say anything abt it. But im just trying to state some of our views on that, that one, younger guys cant give u the security you want, two, we might not wont someone who are less mature than us cos you know guys start puberty later, it is scientifically proven that girls at a certain age is more mature than guys at that same age. No offence to those who strongly disagrees, eveyone has their own opinions on these issues. Nvm, lets not argue anymore, and create an ass out of you and me. its pointless.

Cheena. According to Urban Dictionary, it means a very chinese-influenced person. but in sources like wiki, it just means Chinese. What's wrong with being cheena? Why must we be so objective about it and make cheena sound so negative. It doesnt mean that if you adopt everything of the western side then it makes you cool and updated. Like hello, no matter what it doesnt change the fact that we have yellow skins and not white ones. NO OFFENCE AGAIN, but i really feel that being a chinese, theres nth to feel awkward about cheena or wadsoever. You mean you wanna sound like an ABC speaking chinese when obviously you grow up in a chinese family and has yellow skin colour. i dont see why some ppl like to fake caucasian accent , it just makes you nowhere, in the first place you have ur skin colour that gives you off, like wad jingwen said. After all ,we'll still have to accept the fact that we are chinese, our descendents are from CHINA. Wads wrong with being good in chinese? It's nothing more than a talent that you're blessed with, just like you're good in math, science and english...Like nowadays so many business men go to China to find opportunities, if you cant even speak gd chinese, see who will get laughed at in the end.

Besides, how are the caucasians gonna look at you if you cant even speak fluent chinese. Plus, we're in a chinese school , if you dont wanna be cheena, then dont choose A CHINESE SCHOOL to be in, protest/ beg ur parents. I dont see why is it so irking to learn about our own roots. You would be at advantage anyways. Want to be cheena or not, thats your business, and you've no right to mock at anything.

Well, i enjoy studying china history, therefore, i. love. bsp. woohoo :} i find absolutely no need to jump over to CLEP. Does that make me cheeeeeeeeeeena? - roll eyes- So what we are all fluent in chinese and we tend to talk philosophy in chinese? Which sends people to sleep. That doesnt make us cheeeena, that's just what we're strong at, no teachers come up to us and blow our brains out. (k , so what if it sounds ego? you care ? ) I'm proud of bsp! :D and my roots!
