A ship in harbour is safe, but that is not what ships are built for

so this marks the end of my obs journey. tough, demanding but still fun, fruitful and enriching.

i cried twice during debriefing today.









































-ohmytian, my torchlight cannot off zzz.
-while trying to swim in the sea, i often pull people down :X damn sorryaye to ppl like qianlin, maddie and lingo! D:

HAPPYAYE STUFFS :D
-we cooked homecook food on the 4th day!
-we're finally much faster and efficient on the 5th day morn, to prepare, pack and unpitch tents!
-we got great, patient and damn nice instructors!
-i finally got to bathe on the 4th day night after being stinky for 2 days :X
-RA-RA is ♥ !we sang, cheered and spent happy times together :]
- made and discover new friends!
- successfully completed kayaking in the stormy sea with the risks of capsizing at anytime, cooperated with lingo! yay:D and trekking too, carrying some 10kg stuffs and trekking for around 4 hrs!
- i DIDNT FALL SICKKKK! yoohoo:}
-LJ IS FUNNYAYE! he says damn funny stuffs while teaching hahahaha:D
-stories from pei lee and lj are all so meaningful and thought-provoking! i (L) the quotes.
-debrief is so damn touching! i cried twice D: it just made us realised and reflected on the 5 days/ we gain and we enjoyed the tough times!

SAD.PISSING.FRUSTRATING THINGS
-Having to pitch tents and cook in the dark for 3 days, sometimes we dont get enough help. & sometimes the tent slacks.
-The backpack is so damn heavy, my shoulders are in pain D:
-I got rashes, bites all over my legs ={ i broke my right index fingernail, now its out of shape. i got blisters on my feet too. I still see black stuffs in my toe nails :X
-During land expedition, we walked and stopped whenever someone from behind dropped things. we felt our backpacks getting heavier =[ oh man!
-WE'RE DRENCHED IN THE RAIN EVER SINCE THE 2ND DAY AND CANT BATHE! MOST OF THE TIMES WE'RE WET
-We have to step into the muddy grounds. Our shoes sank in, soles dropped off. in some cases, the whole shoe is missing D:
-We spent hell packing things, doing wash ups. People starts to get irritated and keep on shouting. Everyone has their own suggestion and we're sometimes confused on what to do.
-It's so cold in the night at camp 3. Worst still, my tent is wet! my dry clothes turned wet too D:
guess what, i had hyperventilation at night. my heart started pumping fast 'coz its so damn cold.
-By the time we reached the North of Camp 3, the rain is already so heavy, im shaking all over, teeth clenching like maddd. but still hafta help transport things.
-I hate it when the kayak goes zig-zag! {most of the times that is :X}
-Ehh, unfair. didnt manage to see wild boars/jelly fishes. there's only wild dogs ={
-I had ENOUGH of breads and maggie mee, even the first day's rice is somehow half porridge, half cooked rice. its a bit uncooked. sianxxx
-@&(#@*( I'm homesick whenever i saw the lights over the other side. quoted from xijing: so near yet so far! S'POREEEEEEEE but apparently now, I'd rather kayak everyday mwahahah:D

Other stuffs
-I've got so many people to talk to once i got my phone! thanks sj, chris, jonathan
-omfg, now i feel blurr and had muscleaches. I even had stomachaches when i got home D: so much for that irony.
-I felt so unwell on the 3rd day morning. & i hated carrying the heavy kayaks!
